So You Want to Hack a Powered By the Apocalypse Game

I wrote this a while ago, but it's been collecting digital dust for months.

This is a basic set of loose guidelines for designing your own PBTA hack.  It goes over the general standards the system has set, as well as some ways that other games have modified those standards.
